Today, my parents didn't at home, but I am very hungray, so I decide cook by myself.

I look my home refrigerator, I find carrot, greens, sausage, and mushroom.

I remember, my mother told me that the mushroom need soak in hot water. And then, I clean the carrot greens, and cut carror to strips, breaking losse the greens. When the mushroom to be soft, cut to strips.

Add the oil, so the pot gets hot. At first pour the carrots and the sausage, stir, then add the vegetables and mushrooms, add a little water, stirring. Finally, add MSG and salt to taste.

Although there is just one dish, this is enough one person to eat!

In China, most children lost their happy childhood because they always at study. When they at school, they study at school. After school, they will go out to learn in art classes and after school classes. Acconding to David Elkin's " Playtime is over" School have more and more "recess coaches" to students. At 20th century, children have free time. They can do interesting things about childhood culture such as their games. Participating in the culture will help them to socialize. We are not sure "recess coaches" is good or bad for childhood, but we should let them choose. I think children should have their childhood to play with children their age because they can talk about the same things. This help children to make friends and learn more things.

For children, they are very easy to make friends because their relationship is very pure. They haven't any interest relationship, like is like, and unlike is unlike. Children don't make friends who their unlik. Therefore, their relationship always can keep uo very longer. For example, my father have three very good friends. They often come to my home to visit my father, and my father also do it. If one had any problems, each other will help with him. My father told me that they have been friends for more than fifty years. They played and studied together when they were children. I envy my father because I haven't had a long time friend.

Different aged-children have different interests things. Therefore, children should go out to contact that help them to get more information. Although school is for learning, the most knowledge need students get from practive and experience. For example, my little brother like play with his classmate very much. After school, I want to pick him up, I can never find him and his classmate tell me where is him. when we walk home, he tolk to me about information that he hear from his classmates.Sometimes, I can't answer his question. Therefore, when children play together, they exchange and increase their knowledge.

In conclusion, childhood is very good for children. We cannot look at children at playing to say it bad. It interest and rich children's lives. I believe that some people envy children because they are free to do anything. When they want to do any things, their parents, teacher, and adult will help them. Therefore, childhood needs playtime, and playtime is to learn something and make friends.

We can get a bottled water in the bag, and then, we don't worry that we are feeling of thirst. More convenient than after buying bottled water, we can reused reusable bottle and filling it from public sources. The specialist recommends stainless steel or lined aluminum as sturdiest and safest.

People should drink at least 8 cup of water, so I think I can drink water at everywhere and everytime is important for me. In my bag, I always put in a bottled water, or a cup with lid. One time, I forgot with it, and I was very thirst. I just went to store to buy a bottled that is very convenient. Sometimes I was thinking that if we haven't bottled, when we want drink water, what do we do? However, we will loss more drink water's times. I think that is harmful for people health.

The bottled water is very convenient. I will put the bottled water at bag, and put my friend to do this in motion. Although I can not get effect very obviously, every people do a little things that can change somethings!

American KFC just have chicken nuggets, but Chinese KFC except chicken nuggets that also have hamburger, rice, and noodle. I think that is meeting the chinese people's needing. Some people don't like fast food, but their friends like. At this time, they can eat together at KFC. Therefore, although the drink and food have more empty calories, they also promotes food own more nutritions.

Their drink and food advertising almost for under 12 agreed to like. If they want to fit children, their food and drink should have certain degree of protection. The company show promotes the food cleaning. Even the food is very raluable, it is unclean, when people eat, also is bad for belly. For example, I listen a news, but I was not sure that news is really. The KFC's chicken wings is very delicous. Every day would sell much, but where come from those chicken wings. The news said, the KFC's farm, the chilcken has six wings. When I listen this news, I can't believeable. We don't know the chicken is a monster. We don't the chicken health is good or not, and could eat. However, people also go to eat, and we don't check the news is really or not.

In conclusion, the children like to eat junk food, because they get tempted in advertising and the mind. If the company will keep their work, they should promote the food nutritions and cleaning.

On the farm, people can save water and not waste of fertilizer application. Global warming, resources in the reduction, clean water and less, recycling is becoming more important. As for water pollution, if you can do, try recycle water like you can help to promote healthier waterways while showing that you do not support the environmental recklessness practiced by industrial farms.

And then, people should make plan to use water. Analysis of the water, and planned water use reason, use local and water consumption. First, determine water sources and water costs. Then, fill in the detailed list of water. Third, calculate how much water is used. fourthm compare different efficiency of water using. After, development of a more perfect water plan. Last, recovery and rewatment of waste water.

The blue pill will enable us to maintain the status quo, continue to live in the composition of a habit and we believe the true life. We had a moist, do not need the truth to live. Reality TV makes people believe that competition helps people to success and that the good image is more important than people's ability. Reality TV is making people think that education is unnecessary. Those messages are harmful to young minds. I agree with the author that reality TV is dangerous for people because there is much information that takes people to lose themselves and the information is so much that it becomes harmful.

In the TV, there are ads, news, and shows that talk about everything, and they make people think they want more and more. Although the things that people want can improve their lives and make them consume, they can put pressure on people. For example my uncle is a worker who watched business shows on TV. The more he looked at  successful people, he  thought he could do the same as those succusseful people who  through opportunities and hard work,  they got susseccful. Then, he gave up his office job to be a businessman. But he didn't know how to be a businessman that isnot really good for him. He thought that he looked at more shows and understand other people to be successful ways. So he did his business very biger. At last, he lost. However, he didn't know what was he wanted.

I think everything has their quantity. When people look more and more reality TV, they will remember the reality TV informations, and use it in the life and society. When people face more Choices, they maybe choice wrong way because of reality TV information to change the life. For example, When I come the United States, I didn;t understand anything. My grandma recommended me to go Long Island Business Institute because there are more ads in TV. But some father friends told me to take English class, or go to high school first. In their disputing, I was profase in more time. Therefore, people shoud through right way to got more right information.

In conclusion, reality TV has more unsound information. Prople should learn to differentiate things right and wrong, and understand what they want that help people to get beautiful life.

I don't want to live in Cristoff world because it is other people to give. Although Truman didn't know he was living in a world that vreated by others, it still a fictional environment. I want to live in world that is reality. In our world, there are some lies, but it is still true. All the emotions, experences and contacts are to get through their own percetion.

Other people hope to be protected, even though they are duped. But I think when people know that everyone know truth, and just self don’t know, I believe they can’t accept because most people think the fact is very important for them. I agree with the author that although people are easily duped by rumors and lies, people should know facts, because the flat-out lie and rumors make some people don't believe again, and people should accept facts although they believe that they are wrong.

Second, even have best environment; also have one person to reverse his positions and contradictory evidence. Although people take to learn the facts, the effort doesn't must to be good. Some people are ego, they don't like to admit they are wrong, but some investigators are considered.

In the life, there are most rumors and flat-out lies. For the rumors, we don’t know which is true, most people in order to check them to go to adventure. For flat-out lies, some people give wrong information to mislead. If people listen more and more, people should not believe others. For example, my parents are very old-fashioned. When I live in the New York by myself, and my parents live in the China. There wasn’t parents’ restriction, I would go out to club, and play with my friends. When parents asked me why did I not at home, or why did I come back home later, I always lied to them that I was at school, or at friend’s home. Sometimes, parents would ask me what did I do stay at my friends home, I always said good things such as we talked about we would transfer which college, how to find a good job, or our dreams to them. One time, my lies were debunked, and then, they did not believe me. When I told them true, they are always doubtful of me. When we say a lie, we need use more and more lies to explain the lie. At one day, when we don’t lie, we don’t know how to explain the true thing, and other people maybe don’t believe your saying.

Some facts are hard accepting to people because the face is far for people thoughts, but people have power to know fact. People always think that most people agree the thing is true, they don't know some faces grasp in a few people. People also should know that to think which one is right. Through time pass, there are more and more people to prove the face. Let other people believe. For example, as long ago as 260 B.C., the Greek astronomer Aristechus said that the Earth moves with the Sun, but nobody believed him. At this time, the religion gave him death penalty. Until A.D. 1728, almost 2000 years, the British astronomer James Bradly was proved that the Earth is sure around with the Sun to move. However, people always know what the truth.


In conclusion,. When people face truth, people should think more and more that about the possibility of the things, and don’t blindly believe that all people think of “the truth.” People should believe themselves heart, and brave to face the fact.

According to Plato in "The Allegory of the Cave" Socrates is speaking with Glauco to about his life. At fitst, author show prisoners chained since birth. They can't move and just hear echoes and look at shadows that are made walking on a raised pathway behind the prisoners. And believing their hearing and looking is real. One day, one of the prisoners is set free. Gradually, his sight adjusts. He leaves the cave. He slowly becomes accustomed to the sights of the world outside the cave. I think our lives like cave. Some people just see around our things, and listen from around other people. They look at things like shadows that just an apparition. And they don't know that is real or not. Cave is very small, I believe people shouldn't stay at cave because the world is very big, and there are more interested things in the world that wait us to find. Then when we look at more and more, and understand some things, the small cave isnot stay bhind us.

We also look at big brands in building, road, and subway. Therefor, there are more and more advertisements. If we will remember both, I believe our mind will explode. But if we don't look at them, we will leave the society pathway. When we look at more and more ads, we will begin to be affected. Some people think more ads are good for people because they give people impetus. In order to their object, they should hard to work.
