Today, my parents didn't at home, but I am very hungray, so I decide cook by myself.

I look my home refrigerator, I find carrot, greens, sausage, and mushroom.

I remember, my mother told me that the mushroom need soak in hot water. And then, I clean the carrot greens, and cut carror to strips, breaking losse the greens. When the mushroom to be soft, cut to strips.

Add the oil, so the pot gets hot. At first pour the carrots and the sausage, stir, then add the vegetables and mushrooms, add a little water, stirring. Finally, add MSG and salt to taste.

Although there is just one dish, this is enough one person to eat!

In China, most children lost their happy childhood because they always at study. When they at school, they study at school. After school, they will go out to learn in art classes and after school classes. Acconding to David Elkin's " Playtime is over" School have more and more "recess coaches" to students. At 20th century, children have free time. They can do interesting things about childhood culture such as their games. Participating in the culture will help them to socialize. We are not sure "recess coaches" is good or bad for childhood, but we should let them choose. I think children should have their childhood to play with children their age because they can talk about the same things. This help children to make friends and learn more things.

For children, they are very easy to make friends because their relationship is very pure. They haven't any interest relationship, like is like, and unlike is unlike. Children don't make friends who their unlik. Therefore, their relationship always can keep uo very longer. For example, my father have three very good friends. They often come to my home to visit my father, and my father also do it. If one had any problems, each other will help with him. My father told me that they have been friends for more than fifty years. They played and studied together when they were children. I envy my father because I haven't had a long time friend.

Different aged-children have different interests things. Therefore, children should go out to contact that help them to get more information. Although school is for learning, the most knowledge need students get from practive and experience. For example, my little brother like play with his classmate very much. After school, I want to pick him up, I can never find him and his classmate tell me where is him. when we walk home, he tolk to me about information that he hear from his classmates.Sometimes, I can't answer his question. Therefore, when children play together, they exchange and increase their knowledge.

In conclusion, childhood is very good for children. We cannot look at children at playing to say it bad. It interest and rich children's lives. I believe that some people envy children because they are free to do anything. When they want to do any things, their parents, teacher, and adult will help them. Therefore, childhood needs playtime, and playtime is to learn something and make friends.

 In the city, we can't always find the tap water. At this time, when we want drink water, what to do?  I think the bottled water can solve it. We can get a bottled water in the bag, and then, we don't worry that we are feeling of thirst. More convenient than after buying bottled water, we can reused reusable bottle and filling it from public sources. The specialist recommends stainless steel or lined aluminum as sturdiest and safest.

People should drink at least 8 cup of water, so I think I can drink water at everywhere and everytime is important for me. In my bag, I always put in a bottled water, or a cup with lid. One time, I forgot with it, and I was very thirst. I just went to store to buy a bottled that is very convenient. Sometimes I was thinking that if we haven't bottled, when we want drink water, what do we do? However, we will loss more drink water's times. I think that is harmful for people health.

The bottled water is very convenient. I will put the bottled water at bag, and put my friend to do this in motion. Although I can not get effect very obviously, every people do a little things that can change somethings!

In our world, there are most food and beverage manufactucers. People like them very much because they are delicious. But the beverage isn't good for people. Therefore, the company should products for any ways.

The drink is delicious just because have candy and soft that haven't any nutritions. For now, people began attach importance to children's growing. They know their children cannot eat more junk foods. the company in order to keep work. They should promotes healthier food for people. For example, Chinese KFC is different American KFC. American KFC just have chicken nuggets, but Chinese KFC except chicken nuggets that also have hamburger, rice, and noodle. I think that is meeting the chinese people's needing. Some people don't like fast food, but their friends like. At this time, they can eat together at KFC. Therefore, although the drink and food have more empty calories, they also promotes food own more nutritions.

Their drink and food advertising almost for under 12 agreed to like. If they want to fit children, their food and drink should have certain degree of protection. The company show promotes the food cleaning. Even the food is very raluable, it is unclean, when people eat, also is bad for belly. For example, I listen a news, but I was not sure that news is really. The KFC's chicken wings is very delicous. Every day would sell much, but where come from those chicken wings. The news said, the KFC's farm, the chilcken has six wings. When I listen this news, I can't believeable. We don't know the chicken is a monster. We don't the chicken health is good or not, and could eat. However, people also go to eat, and we don't check the news is really or not.

In conclusion, the children like to eat junk food, because they get tempted in advertising and the mind. If the company will keep their work, they should promote the food nutritions and cleaning.

The water is very important for our lives. Every people can't leave water, but in our world the water pillution is very fearl. Industrial agriculture is one of the leading causes of water pollution in the United States today. We should protect water resources.

On the farm, people can save water and not waste of fertilizer application. Global warming, resources in the reduction, clean water and less, recycling is becoming more important. As for water pollution, if you can do, try recycle water like you can help to promote healthier waterways while showing that you do not support the environmental recklessness practiced by industrial farms.

And then, people should make plan to use water. Analysis of the water, and planned water use reason, use local and water consumption. First, determine water sources and water costs. Then, fill in the detailed list of water. Third, calculate how much water is used. fourthm compare different efficiency of water using. After, development of a more perfect water plan. Last, recovery and rewatment of waste water.

But when the more animal live together, the sanitation have problem. Nobody clean farm, then, they use Antibiotic resistant germs to take care of animal. And get massive pollution. Those complications take destroyed communities. In the cow farm, businessmen are antibiotic over use that take cow to produce more mlik. And they use artificial hormones that take cow frow fast, because people use more and more hormone, some cow get mad cow disease. In the factory, the job also is dagerous. The worker maybe happen any accident. For meat, add manure inside in order the meat looks good and crisp.

Like for the introduction, I always think just write the summarize and the thesis, but tutor told me that I should write something to intriduction for topic. I think that is very improtant because the imperfect form that is a big problem for the essay.
